Delivery Timelines

Pan-India Shipping – Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery Experience

Our deliveries are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. To ensure a secure handover, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you may authorize a family member, colleague, or neighbour to receive your order on your behalf.

Please note that AL KAZUMI PERFUMES is not responsible for goods once they have been signed for and accepted by the recipient, nor for any damage occurring after successful delivery.

Claims & Support

Any concerns regarding shortages, incorrect products, or damages must be reported to our Customer Care team on the day of delivery for prompt assistance and resolution.

Shipping, Packaging & Delivery Charges

Packaging and delivery charges are included in the product price, unless otherwise stated at the time of checkout. We aim to provide complete transparency regarding any applicable charges before payment.
